The University of Surrey Chamber Choir is the University's premier vocal group, open to students, alumni, and staff following audition. They rehearse on Wednesday evenings during semester and undertake a variety of challenging repertoire, mainly unaccompanied and often contemporary. They perform at a wide range of events throughout the year, including the University Carol Service at Guildford Cathedral. The choir is directed by Amy Kearsley, a professional mezzo-soprano and first-class graduate of the University.
